Institute of Cape Wine Masters Annual Dinner at De Wetshof. |

De Wethof's Estate in Bonnievale kindly offered their tasting room as the venue for the black tie dinner of the Institute on Saturday 8th May 2004.
At the end of the dinner we were invited to stand, with the proviso that anyone older than the wine about to be served would be permitted to sit for the tasting. We were then privileged to share a bottle of Constantia wine from the 1821 vintage. A life defining wine! |
