Four Awards were awarded today:

The Van Ryn's Trophy for Brandy Excellence

The Groenland Viniculture Award

The Villiera Sabrage Award

The La Motte Viticulture Award

 

Van Ryn's Trophy for Brandy Excellence to Mary-Lou Nash

Mary-Lou received a distinction in both the theory and brandy tasting. She was designated the winner of the Van Ryn's Trophy for Brandy Excellence.

Groenland Viniculture Award to Leigh Berrie

Leigh is the recipient of the viniculture award from Groenland Winery, only awarded for the second time since its sponsorship in 2007.

Villiera Sabrage Award to Leigh Berrie

Leigh obtained outstanding performance for the sparkling wine tasting examination. She is the second recipient of the instituted Villiera Sabrage award.

La Motte Viticulture Award to Catherine Dillon

Catherine is the recipient of the viticulture award from LA Motte, awarded for the first time.
